Beginning in 1988 in Portland, Oregon, USA, the heart of CCLI is to serve the church. A recognized world leader in copyright licensing issues regarding praise and worship songs, church music, and Christian music at large and a friend to thousands of church music publishers worldwide, CCLI is, first and foremost, an encourager of church worship leaders, worship teams, and worship songwriters, offering a wealth of worship resources to “…encourage the spirit of worship.”
